Reservations and payment

Provide accurate contact information and choose the items and dates you need. Rentals are subject to availability. An unpaid hold is not a completed payment or a guarantee of a confirmed reservation. Review your booking confirmation and contact us if anything is incorrect.

Listed rentals include a three-day rental period unless your order states otherwise. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Review the final checkout amount, including applicable taxes, before paying. Stripe processes online payments; do not send payment card details by email or text.

Pickup, return, and care

Follow the pickup and return arrangements confirmed for your reservation. Make sure your vehicle and event space can accommodate the listed measurements. Use the items safely, follow any instructions supplied, and return them in the condition received, allowing for ordinary wear. Tell us promptly about damage, missing items, or a delay.

Styled photographs are examples only. Rentals are supplied undecorated unless expressly stated otherwise. Florals, draping, drinks, serveware, and other styling accessories are not included.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a date change, cancellation, or refund. Changes depend on availability. Any cancellation, deposit, damage, or refund terms provided for your reservation apply; this page does not establish a fixed cancellation fee or guarantee a refund. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Text messaging terms

The Ginger Rose Rentals booking updates program covers reservation updates, pickup instructions and reminders, return reminders, and customer support related to your rental. When available, messages may be sent automatically through our messaging provider. This consent does not enroll you in promotional messaging.

To book online, opt in on our booking form by entering your mobile number and selecting the separate SMS checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. Consent to rental-related text messages is required to book online and continue to payment. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use, and tell us if it changes.

Message frequency varies with your reservation and support needs. Message and data rates may apply. For an active text subscription, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive a single confirmation; further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your reservation.

Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact us directly if you need time-sensitive pickup or return assistance. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information.

Website use and availability

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent reservations, or interfere with service. We aim to keep descriptions and availability accurate, but errors and interruptions can occur. Contact us about a discrepancy before relying on it for your event. Website materials do not grant permission to reuse our branding or photography.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms and will show the revision date above. Material changes to an existing reservation will be communicated directly; posting an update does not create new SMS consent.
