Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, rental selections, rental dates, and information you share about your event or customer support request. We maintain booking references, payment status, transaction references, and rental agreement acceptance records, including the accepted terms, your name and email, reservation details, and acceptance time.

Stripe collects payment and billing information during checkout. Our booking application does not store your full payment card number or security code. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and error logs to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to manage availability and reservations, process payments, coordinate pickup and return, respond to questions, maintain business records, and protect against fraud and misuse. If you opt in to the text program when available, we use your phone number to send rental-related updates. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent.

Service providers and disclosures

Providers may process information needed to perform services for us, including Cloudflare for website hosting and booking storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Twilio when text messaging is enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is not transferred to another sender. Limited processing by messaging providers is solely to deliver and support our own messages, not to permit independent marketing.

Your text messaging choices

Consent to rental-related text messages is required to book online and continue to payment. Our program is for booking updates, pickup and return reminders, and rental support. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an active program message to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us about your preferences. When messaging is enabled, program records may include your consent choice, opt-in and opt-out history, message content, and delivery status. We use these records to operate the program and honor your choices.

Cookies and external services

The site and its providers may use cookies or similar technology for essential functions such as secure access and payment processing. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect some features. External services, including Stripe checkout, have their own privacy notices describing information they process.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill reservations, support customers, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and honor communication preferences. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable obligations. We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

Requests about your information

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about its use. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information when required or permitted by law. Declining SMS does not prevent you from booking.

Children and policy updates

Our services are intended for adults arranging event rentals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. We will post policy changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice when required.
